Because dogs' coats come in all sorts of lengths, textures and densities—to say nothing of the skin type underneath. That's why we at Rocco & Roxie set out to create the bath time equivalent of a customized day at the spa.
For dogs whose coats have lost their luster, we make Shine, a wholesome, healthful blend of the highest quality ingredients. There’s argan oil, pressed from the nuts of trees that grow wild in Morocco—renowned for its nourishing and deep-conditioning ability. Vitamin A, containing antioxidants that keep skin moisturized. Geranium extract to strengthen hair follicles and stimulate and restore skin cells. And peppermint oil, which naturally balances skin and hair oils. Of course, like all Rocco & Roxie products, you won't find "baddies" like formaldehyde or paraben on our list of ingredients. No masking artificial colors or dyes. Mineral oil, phthalates, isopropyl alcohol? Never. We're all about what's best for your dog!

What are the ingredients?
Purified water, gentle surfactant blend (with coconut-based cleanser), opacifier, glycerin, Shea Butter, Chamomile, Rosemary, Oat Extract, Aloe Vera Extract, Almond Butter, Olive Oil, Mango Fragrance
Are the shampoos tear free?
All shampoo should be avoided in the eye area however the Calm Shampoo has a more mild gentle surfactant system to help reduce eye irritation
Will it make a topical flea medication less effective?
I went to our chemist with this question and here's the answer: Our shampoo formulas contain mild surfactants (soaps) which cleanse the dog's skin and fur so I would not recommend bathing the dog until 48hrs after application of the topical flea medication. As long as that time has passed, there will be no changes in efficacy of the flea medication since they absorb fairly quickly into the dog's system.
What is the pH of the shampoos?
All of our formulas are in a neutral pH range from 6-7.5
